Quality Inspection
Ensure the sports equipment is unused, includes all original tags, and is packed in its original box to pass our mandatory quality check.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, our logistics partner will schedule a pickup from your address; please keep the package ready with the return invoice attached.
Refund or Exchange
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
